We started Hilton Properties because we saw a gap in the market. Property owners were managing tenants, chasing payments, and handling maintenance on their own — or working with agencies that lacked transparency. There was no centralised system that worked with Zimbabwe's unique payment landscape.
So we built one. Our platform handles everything from automated rent collection (USD, ZiG, EcoCash, or bank transfer) to maintenance requests, lease management, and real-time owner reporting. Property owners get a secure portal to track their portfolio, while tenants get a professional management team that responds quickly.
Today we manage over 200 properties across 12+ cities — from Harare's commercial centres to Bulawayo's residential suburbs, Mutare's boarding houses to Victoria Falls' holiday rentals. We're growing because we deliver results: higher occupancy, better rent collection, and fewer headaches for property owners.
